Back in 2019 I did my first book illustrations for this cooking and hunting masterpiece.
Co-created by my photographer brother Fritz and the stunning chef Stéphane Modat, this
book invites you to take a trip into Quebec most popular species and get a glimpse of what a master chef does with this precious meat. Big fun to illustrate even tough I’m no hunter.
