Last fall I had the pleasure to paint these huge blocks sitting at the top of the school slope in Le Relais, Lac-Beauport. The administration got tired of these gray and boring shapes and wanted them to become happier. I brainstormed around the aspects of the resort, what it provides and what kind of vibe can be found. I maintained the square aspect of the installation and made a kind of block game, similar to the cubes you used to play with as a child. It’s been a lot of fun to develop.
